With over 70% of medical decisions needing hands-on follow up appointments, Ally Health set out with the mission to simplify access to clinical care in communities by empowering patients and practitioners to control their experience receiving care and providing care respectively.
Through an API-led platform, Ally Health enables patient-led booking and task optimisation, which allows appointments to be scheduled in an efficient and transparent manner to ensure care can be delivered where patients feel most comfortable – in their homes.
Ally Health is here to optimise healthcare delivery, and pave the way towards a future of decentralised health.

Kelly Klifa
Co-Founder & CEO
Kelly co-founded Testing For All in 2020 and scaled it to becoming a leading Covid-19 test provider, with £29m turnover. Prior to this, Kelly was a strategic advisor to large diagnostics players such as BD, Abbott and Biomérieux.
Luka Matovic
Head of Engineering
Luka was Head of Engineering at Testing For All, building the full tech stack supporting the delivery of +8K tests / day. Prior to this, Luka had over 10 years experience building tech products for B2B clients.
Julian Rose
Head of Operations
& Supply Chain
Julian has over 15 years experience leading operations and supply chain functions across multiple sectors. Prior to joining Ally Health, Julian scaled supply chain and operations at binx Health.
Sasha Tory
Co-Founder
& Chief Growth Officer
Prior to joining Ally Health, Sasha was the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Qured where she developed and led partnerships. Before Qured, Sasha was Director of Business Development at Heal, a doctor on-demand service based in Los Angeles.

James Monico
Chairman
Engineer by training, and scientist by education, James has successfully co-founded technology company Cloudreach that scaled to operate in 9 countries with over 500 staff. More recently, James co-founded Testing For All in April 2020 and scaled it together with Kelly Klifa, Ally Health’s CEO. He brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to the ongoing development of Ally Health products.
Dr Renée Hoenderkamp
Medical advisor
Renée is a GP, medical writer for National Press and GP Media, and resident GP for BBC Radio London. She spent 20 years in National Press publishing before qualifying as a doctor with two distinctions in 2010. Renee has a strong interest in remote diagnostics and previously advised Testing For All, playing an instrumental role in bringing a medically safe product to market.
Dr Kit Latham
Strategic Advisor - Digital Health
An A&E doctor by training, Kit later co-founded Credentially, a technology platform that handles credentialing, hiring, onboarding and compliance for the healthcare sector. Kit brings his experience of working together with leaders in the digital health industry to Ally Health and advises on product positioning to this sector.
Maximilian J. Krawinkel
Strategic advisor - Marketing
Max is global product lead at a top 10 pharmaceutical company, bringing a wide range of marketing experience across global product launches and life cycle management. Previously led the development and roll-out of digital patient support solutions across 10+ markets. Max is helping Ally Health with its marketing strategy and positioning to the pharma market.
FOUNDING STORY
Ally Health was founded in February 2022 by the team behind Testing For All, a large scale covid testing provider.
Through the pandemic, the team developed a uniquely versatile, highly adaptable platform to connect with laboratory partners and re-engineered the home testing process to provide traceability and ease of use to patients. Over the course of two years, they scaled their operations to deliver c. 1M tests and achieved a 4.5 Trustpilot score.
This experience left the team convinced that remote care was here to stay, and that it was critical to create an end-to-end ‘turnkey’ solution – to embed within patient pathways – to help deliver the future of remote healthcare.
